5. User Content and Responsibility
- All content (text, images, etc.) posted is your sole responsibility.
- You confirm you have the legal right to post it.
- Qik Listing is not liable for user-posted content but reserves the right to review, remove, or edit content at its discretion.
6. Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree not to post or promote any content that is:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene
- Illegal, defamatory, threatening, or fraudulent
- Promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination

By posting on Qik Listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your listings on our platform.
